When will I receive my order?
All cookies are baked fresh to order. At checkout, you'll select your preferred Monday dispatch date from the available options — that's the day we bake and ship your order.
We ship exclusively via AusPost Express. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
Next Business Day
Sydney Metro, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart, Perth CBD, and select NSW hubs.
2–3 Business Days
Regional NSW, Darwin, Greater Perth, and regional interstate hubs.
3+ Business Days
Remote Australia (e.g., remote WA or NT).
Dispatch dates are limited each drop — secure your preferred date early.
