Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes! We now ship to all Australian states and territories via AusPost Express. Next business day for Sydney Metro and major capitals (Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart, Perth CBD). 2–3 business days for Regional NSW, Darwin, Greater Perth, and regional hubs. 3+ business days for remote WA/NT and other remote areas.
Are your cookies nut-free?
While some of our cookies don't contain nuts as an ingredient, all our cookies are baked in a kitchen that handles peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and dairy. We cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.
How should I store my cookies?
Ready to eat? Dive right in! They are perfect at room temperature. Saving for later? Freeze for up to 1 month.
How do I reheat them?
Want them extra gooey? Preheat oven to 180°C and warm for 2–3 minutes. From frozen? Reheat in the oven for 5-8 minutes.
