All cookies are baked in a kitchen that handles wheat, milk, egg, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Check individual product pages for full ingredient lists.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes! We now ship to all Australian states and territories via AusPost Express. Next business day for Sydney Metro and major capitals (Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart, Perth CBD). 2–3 business days for Regional NSW, Darwin, Greater Perth, and regional hubs. 3+ business days for remote WA/NT and other remote areas.
Are your cookies nut-free?
While some of our cookies don't contain nuts as an ingredient, all our cookies are baked in a kitchen that handles peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and dairy. We cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.
How should I store my cookies?
Ready to eat? Dive right in! They are perfect at room temperature. Saving for later? Freeze for up to 1 month.
How do I reheat them?
Want them extra gooey? Preheat oven to 180°C and warm for 2–3 minutes. From frozen? Reheat in the oven for 5-8 minutes.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
We occasionally have special vegan or GF drops! Check our menu or Instagram for the latest specials.
How long do cookies last?
Best within 5 days of dispatch when stored at room temp in their box. Freeze for up to 4 weeks; reheat 30 sec at 160°C/microwave 10 sec.
Can I gift?
Yes — add a gift note at checkout. We don't include pricing on gift orders.
Bulk orders?
For 12+ boxes (corporate, weddings, etc.), please use the wholesale form.
Do you ship internationally?
Australia-wide only at this time. We ship via AusPost Express weekly on Mondays.
